Maxwell-Storrie-Baynes are looking to expand our team this autumn and are looking for candidates interested in representing one of the most recognized global luxury brands.
As Exclusive affiliates to Christie International Real Estate MSB has established itself as a leader in the marketing of luxury real estate in Bordeaux and the South West of France placing a high value on professionalism and customer service.
MSB is organized into specific regions including:

• Bordeaux city
• Vineyards
• Bordeaux Countryside
• Cognac – Charente
• Dordogne –west
• Dordogne – east
• SW Atlantic coast

As a small company MSB has an intimate feeling to it and access to the owners is readily available for support and guidance from everything from legal matters to marketing strategies. That said, the successful candidate(s) will be contracted to MSB in the normal way within the French real estate industry as a commission based “agent commercial.” For the right candidates MSB offers a generous commission sharing arrangement as well as a comprehensive marketing infrastructure. Agents are trained in the use of a sophisticated cloud based CRM system. In addition MSB has cloud based digital file storage, marketing templates and all of the collateral needed to make outstanding presentations in the modern luxury real estate sector.

Considerable investment has been made in the MSB web site which together with our exposure through the Christie’s web site gives us an unparalleled marketing platform. MSB also has contracts with, Propriétés de France the Wall Street Journal and Country Life web sites gives us considerable exposure to high net worth individuals both in France and internationally. As “Preferred Agents” to Savills International for the South West of France we work closely with the Savills team to reach their prestigious client base. Finally MSB is contracted with a market leading SEO team from California who ensure that our web site visibility will compete at the top of the search engine rankings.
While the MSB infrastructure is outstanding – it will not in of itself sell property. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and above all a “market maker” – someone that can proactively attract the market to their territory and listings. Confidence and skill at closing negotiations as well as comfort working with sophisticated high net worth owners and buyers are essential qualities.
